This two cell placer gold claim encompasses roughly 100 acres of unencumbered bench and water frontage on Umiti Creek and a couple of tributaries. The benches demonstrate several indications of old channel depressions and river rounded material providing numerous targets for further exploration.
Gravels in both the creek area and the bench deposits demonstrate heavy mineral concentrations with various red and blue clay layers underlying.
There is good 2WD road access to the top of the property and several old logging spurs are readily available to open up which would allow machine access to the lower benches.
